Gettysburg, PA November 18th, 1863 6PM President Abraham Lincoln arrives at the railroad station for the dedication of the National Cemetery the following day.
Dale Gallon has been painting historical paintings since 1980 & is well known for his Civil War images.
As a young boy in California, Dale painted boats & nautical scenes. He and his wife Anne owned and lived aboard a 40' ketch for seven years while living in Newport Beach, CA in the 70's.
His latest original oils depict early 19th Century Marine Subjects.
